• The Architecture

LCRA is an award winning architectural firm located in Old Pasadena. They bring a sensitivity to current lifestyle trends along with their intimate knowledge of Pasadena neighborhoods to their design of these unique homes. These designs respond to the opportunities and constraints of the site and take cues from the surrounding established neighborhood.

• The Engineering

B&E Engineers, a pre-eminent consulting engineering firm located in nearby City of Arcadia, has been in business for 32 years and has provided civil engineering services for numerous projects throughout Southern California. B&E Engineers projects include single family housing developments, industrial, commercial and significant public facilities such as the J. Paul Getty Center. B&E Engineers corporate philosophy is to always provide creative site designs that enhance a Southern California life style while at the same time providing safe and functionally reliable development.

• The Landscaping

The landscape architecture was designed by TGP, Inc. Their experience spans a broad spectrum of work, both nationally and abroad. They have been responsible for all facets of the landscape, from the conceptual design phase, to the installation of the model homes, streetscape and entry, creating attractive, innovative and functional environments for the Pasadena Estates residents.

• The Interior Design

For the finishing touches, Pacific Dimensions, Inc. was responsible for giving each model a prominent presence of comfort coupled with luxury. This nationally recognized, award-winning, interior merchandising firm has served the building industry for over 20 years.

• The Art & Design Consultant

James Fu is an alumnus from Pasadena's Art Center College of Design. For over 20 years now, he's been consulting and designing corporate identities for clients such as Skechers, Easton Sports, K-Swiss, Kaiser Electro-Optics, Toylab and Ying Enterprises.
